How much does ET Cloud POS cost?
The Standard plan is Rs 5,500 per location, per month, with VAT and SSCL added on top. Paying for longer saves more: 5% off quarterly, 10% off for 6 months and 15% off annually. Enterprise, for businesses that need custom apps, is quoted after a consultation.
What is included in the Standard plan?
Point of Sale, Products, Restaurant, Inventory, Purchasing, Recipes, Loyalty and Returnables, with unlimited products and unlimited team members. Extras such as kitchen order tickets, debtor management, delivery and online store integrations, and SMS or email receipts are optional add-ons. There are no hidden charges and you can cancel anytime.
How much is the POS hardware?
POS Mini from Rs 119,500, POS Single Screen from Rs 149,500 and POS Dual Screen from Rs 179,000. These prices are for the terminal only and include taxes. Receipt printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers cost extra.
Which businesses is ET Cloud POS for?
Retail shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, salons and gyms across Sri Lanka, from a single counter to many branches.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. If the connection drops, you can keep billing, and everything syncs once you are back online.
Does it work with PickMe Food and Uber Eats?
Yes, as optional add-ons. Delivery orders from PickMe Food and Uber Eats sync straight into the POS. ET Cloud POS can also connect to Shopify and WooCommerce, with one stock count for every channel.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. Sales from every till and branch sync in real time, so you can see every branch from anywhere. The Standard plan is priced per location.
Which payments can I take?
Cash and card, and you can split a bill across payment methods. Mintpay and Koko buy now, pay later are also available.
